We had a blast in Michigan visiting with family. All of my immediate and extended family live up there. Anna was a trooper and settled right in to Grandma and Grandpa's house. We had our own room in the basement, and Anna slept great down there. She even started sleeping through the night again while we were there!!

Josh was able to come visit for one weekend while we were there, which was fun. He and my dad played ping pong non stop. I don't have any pictures though!
We really enjoyed visiting with everyone. Anna warmed up to everyone pretty well and really loved all the entertainment and fun! We are looking forward to some of the family coming to visit this summer!
I realize I didn't take pictures of Anna with my aunts, uncles, or cousins :(. I guess we were too busy enjoying it all.
A funny story about the plane ride home: I was really nervous about flying late in the evening, as Anna usually goes to bed between 6 and 7 pm. Our flight from Chicago was going to leave at 7:30, which meant a melt down was very likely on the plane. We came close to a melt down, but Anna fought sleep like a champ and played peek-a-boo with everyone around us on the plane. She was laughing hysterically and being very entertaining. This made the 1.5 hour plane ride go by quickly. Several people commented on how happy she was. I was so thankful that she was deliriously happy instead of fussy. The Lord really answered my prayer for a good trip home.

I'm so happy Anna did well for you while flying! She just needed a good tiring trip to get her to sleep through the night again :) Hope to see you at BSF tomorrow! We've missed you!
