Toys and Golf

Here are some of Anna's favorite things to do:Tummy time on her new mat (she actually hates this, but looks like she enjoys it in the picture!)

Grabbing her toys in her bouncy seat (she also likes to nap in here).

Looking at her quilt. She stares down the animals, smiles at them, and attempts talking. Then she gets mad at them for not responding and starts crying. It's quite funny to watch.

Sitting in her bumbo chair. My parents got this for her and she really loves it. Very glad we got it.

And...Anna went golfing with us this weekend. Our apartment complex has a golf course, so we play unlimited golf. Her car seat fit right in the back, so we all three enjoyed a beautiful day outside. I attempted a few holes myself!

Did I mention Josh's new job? He's working at a transportation company in Bentonville now, and it's a great company. He is doing similar work that he did at JB Hunt. This job was TOTALLY a provision from the Lord! I'm excited to see how the Lord uses Josh in his new role. I'm also excited that he will be getting more vacation time. Yippppeeeeeee!!!

We will be moving back into the ISCA (International Student Christian Association) house at the end of this month. We live in the top floor of the house and international girls (used to be boys) live on the bottom 2 floors. The girls are from Kenya, Japan, Veitnam, and Mexico. We are not sure if we will stay in the house all year or just for the semester, but I'm looking foward to going back. For a while, it was tiring to think about all the energy required to meet new people, participate in ministry, and take care of a baby. However, after spending some time with the girls and at the house, it seems that the Lord has refreshed me (and Josh) for the move. I'm not sure how long we will stay, but we are going back and looking foward to getting to know these girls.

With all of that said, the days ahead are full of unknowns, as you can see!! I'm trying to take it one day at a time and trust in the Lord's plans. Easier said than done, but He gives more grace! And that's enough for me right now.

Next, I'm going to post a recap of how Josh and I met and got married. Pioneer woman's book has inspired me!
