First some pics from Thanksgiving with Josh's family:
Playing Football with uncles & cousins:
She even tried the trampoline, for about 1 minute...
I forgot my camera, or I would have more pics from our trip. We enjoyed it so very much!! The highlight of the trip for me can be summed up in one word: Taboo. Josh's family is really fun to play games with, and we were laughing so much. We bought the game, so now we can play it with other family and friends. If you come visit, we will make you play with us :)
Anna is getting ready to be a BIG sister!! We got this sweet shirt in Michigan from Gap outlet. It took me forever to find one!!
This was the day we dressed alike for church, accidentally. And her dress was a little short, but DID cover her diaper, contrary to how it looks here :)
Her hair is getting so long. Most days, I put it in a half-up ponytail right on top of her head. It's pretty cute, I will have to post a pic of that. She is playing with my make-up in this picture. She really loves to mimic whatever I am doing.
Every once and a while, this Chinese hat from a friend gets a lot of use. Anna runs around and gets excited when she puts it on. It is HILARIOUS!
There you have it!! Anna is running everywhere and super active. She is also learning so much these days. She is perfecting her puzzles, cleaning up her toys, and saying all kinds of words. She loves to dance to music and is really a happy girl. I am sad to report the loss of her morning nap, but now we can get out of the house more in the mornings!!
Discipline is getting easier everyday, and she is still a great eater MOST days, although she is certainly becoming more picky. I try to make meals fun and include her in what I am making, which usually results in her eating more of the food.
Well, 18 months is coming soon. Anna still only has her 2 bottom teeth, but as of this week, we may have 3 more coming by Christmas!!
Congratulations on your new baby!
ReplyDeleteGirl, I absolutely love the pic of Anna running.. it made me giggle! And the photo of you two matching is one of those priceless mother-daughter ones, definitely a keeper!
